I met Susan a number of years ago when I felt yoga would be a helpful part of the "support package" for my CFS.

We decided that working one to one would be the most beneficial approach. Susan assisted me with gentle and

safe movement, meditation, visualization practice, relaxation and laughter yoga.  All of which was provided in a

calm and supportive environment. When my CFS symptoms were overwhelming Susan came to my home to

continue her support and that support has now continued online during these difficult times in 2020.

Her contributions to my well-being surpassed all hopes and expectations and her regular presence

providing me with hopeful strategies has been invaluable.
